Shipping and digital delivery policy
Everything sold on gatecsmastery.com is a downloadable PDF. There is no physical product, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping or handling charges. Products are delivered electronically, as described below.
How delivery works
- You pay through Razorpay on the product page.
- Our server verifies the payment with Razorpay. Access is granted only after this check.
- Download buttons for every file in your order appear straight away in the payment confirmation window. A cheat sheet pack includes a screen edition and a print edition; the complete collection includes the combined PDF and each pack as its own file.
- A confirmation email with your order ID and a link to My library is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
When you get access
Normally within a minute of a successful payment. If your bank or UPI app takes longer to confirm the payment, access is granted as soon as Razorpay confirms it to us, including when you have already closed the page. The confirmation email can take a few minutes; please check your spam or promotions folder.
Downloading again later
Open My library and enter the email address used at checkout. We send a one-time sign-in link that expires after 60 minutes. The library lists every purchase made with that email and gives fresh download links. Each set of links works for 30 days and allows several downloads of every file; you can request new links whenever you need them. My library always serves the current version of the files in your order.
The files
- Format: PDF, A4 page size, readable on phones, tablets and computers in any PDF reader.
- Each downloaded copy carries your order ID in the bottom margin of every page. It identifies the licensed purchase and does not show your name or email.
- You may print the files for your own study. See the terms of service for what the licence allows.
If your payment succeeded but you have no access
Please do not pay again. First open My library with your purchase email. If the order is not there after 30 minutes, write to support@gatecsmastery.com or use the contact form with:
- the order ID shown during checkout (it starts with GCSM), if you have it;
- the Razorpay payment ID from your Razorpay receipt or bank or UPI app (it starts with pay_);
- the email address you entered at checkout;
- the date, time and amount of the payment.
We use these details to find the payment and give you access. If we cannot, the refund policy applies.
Where we deliver
Files can be downloaded from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and payments are processed by Razorpay.
