1. Agreement to terms

By accessing gatecsmastery.com and purchasing any educational books or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable copyright laws.

2. Educational license grant

Upon receipt of full payment, GATE CS Mastery grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the purchased digital publication on your personal devices for individual educational self-study.

You may not:

• Distribute, broadcast, or upload the digital files to public Telegram channels, Google Drive folders, WhatsApp groups, or torrent trackers
• Resell, sublicense, or rent the materials to any third party or educational institution
• Alter, obscure, or remove embedded purchase identifiers or copyright notices

3. Intellectual property

Original publication text and illustrations belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party material remains subject to its own attribution and licensing. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a copyright infringement subject to applicable legal remedies.

4. Limitation of liability

Our books are educational resources. GATE CS Mastery does not guarantee specific exam percentiles, ranks, or PSU/M.Tech admissions, as exam results depend on individual student commitment.
